Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? No problem! Pick-Up Packages-let us know no later than 1 week before your pick-up date, and we’ll refund you $50. No-show pick-ups will be charged the full amount and product will be forfeited to Alpine Glow Porch Company. All other installation based packages-let us know by the Monday before your installation week starts, and we’ll refund $150. We are not responsible for any damages that occur from animals, pests, weather, etc. after installation. We recommend bringing in your flowers or covering them to protect from inclement weather to make them last as long as possible.
